WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! My nail technician was horrible. Once I got out into the light, I could see where several spots were not even painted. I could also tell the Polish was old as it started cracking and bubbling up that same day. As for the pedicure, I barely got the massage and he did not scrub the bottom of my feet.

If by dipping powder you mean acrilic full set, it is $35

a year ago I had a manicure done, first of all, the man cut my finger. Secondly, the Polish lasted less than 2 har By the time I got to work the next day, it was completely chipping off of both of my hands.
