Aspen dental in Middlesboro Kentucky has offered me the most pleasant experience one could have visiting a dentist office. They have the nicest folks on the staff, especially Ashley who has helped me with anything I’ve needed or asked about each time I visit. Five stars all around.

Everyone there was extremely nice. But I haven't started my treatment plan yet so when I do I'll update. I expect it will be positive! Edit: Started with back to back cleanings yesterday and today. Numbed me up and although I hadn't been in a while, the hygienist was thorough and very efficient. She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and I was in and out in no time. No waiting in the lobby either, started on time or earlier both days. I am so happy Aspen Dental was in my insurance network!😁

Dr. Lancaster and Ashley were great. Both could tell I was nervous and went out of their way to ease my fears and make me more comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!
