I need to get a plate for a motorcycle, can this be done at the Moundsville location? I have tried calling to get an appointment and have not been able to get through.

You will have to make your appointment through the Charleston office for the Moundsville office. I was just there monday to update my license and my registration and that's what I was told by the lady at the door.
