No only the carts for children.
I don't think so. The entire facility has asphalt walkways which are more than wide enough. Though some may be a little steep. But I think you would have to bring your own mobility. And I would ask about riding the train. The high ropes are also likely not accessible. But the zoo facility in general seems very accessible and a real treasure to meander through.
I remember strollers for young children. Cant remember about wheel chairs
I'm not sure TBH they do have strollers so I would like to think they do
