There is a well stocked exxon if I remember correctly that has a lot of food/snacks/water, though not quite a grocery store, about a 5-10min drive from the camp. Even closer is a Yogi Bear campground which usually has a camp store. BTW they also have a water park!
The closest place to go would be Lexington and that is about 20 minutes away
