No you have to walk or drive to the lake. Some of the sites are beside a creak that runs through the camp ground.
Both of the previous answers are spot on. Also there is a small sandy portion to the lake, not quite a beach though and many picnicking areas with grills and picnic tables
There's no camping near the lake but a pretty short walk from the campground. Plenty of sites are near the creek that runs throughout the area. You can find a map of the sites and pictures of the layouts at recreation.gov to help you figure out which site you'd prefer.
