You can not take yourself or your dog across the bridge. Foot traffic is not allowed except for one day of the year. That is the annual Bridge Day in October. Dogs are not allowed then either. Hope we are talking about the New River Gorge Bridge😉
Hi Lisa, You can legally drive, bike, scooter, skateboard, unicycle, or anything-else-wheeled across the Bridge. Pedestrians, however, are not allowed on the Bridge (the one exception is Bridge Day, but even then, dogs are not allowed). I hope that helps! Jay, AOTG

If mean the bridge walk -- which is technically under the bridge walk secured to a harness. I believe pets are not allowed...
