Regina, I think if Ritters was not very busy meaning empty tables, counter space...I would pull out my computer. Now when Ritter's is busy, with a line to get in, leave your computer, tablet etc., at home.

Ive never seen a person bring a laptop in . And haven't seen any signs about Free Wi Fi. I would call them.
I don't think it would be a problem.
I have seen the occasional patron using a laptop while having a meal.
I don't see people pulling laptops but it shouldn't be a problem and long as you order something
I am sorry that I don't know that answer. But feel free to call them and ask! I did not see anyone use a laptop while I was there!
