Was happy to bring my pets to a closer banfield until they keep charging me monthly and refuse to see my (maybe) 8 lb cat unless I pay $140 something for them to put her under and give her shots and arent willing to try anything I suggested first. Nope. No one has ever had trouble with her other than them.....

What's the point of having an online scheduling system that tells you you're scheduled if you're not? My dog has an ear infection and I stopped looking for other vets because your system confirmed I had an appointment. I took off work. And then get a call less than hour before you and all other locations close letting me know that you infact are booked. I went online to try to find something sooner than the 10 days you expect my dog to suffer waiting for your next appointment and the original appointment I had booked is listed as available. Not going to try out Banfield I guess.

I haven't even been to this location yet and I really don't want to go. I called on 2/15 around 3 pm, was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then sent to voicemail. I left a message with my number and reason for calling. I still have not received a call back and now it is 2/21 7:30 am. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes now despite telling the person who answered the phone that this is what happened to me last time. After reading some of the reviews on here, I don't think I'll be going to this location and I don't recommend it to anyone else - they don't even answer the phone to answer a simple question. *edit. I ended up waiting on hold for 25 minutes this time before hanging up because -surprise- I have a job unfortunately.

Banfield Pet Hosp in Robinson Town Center, is the (Absolute Best)!!!!!!!! I highly, highly recommend!!! They Care!!! I can't say that for other Banfield locations. My (cat/baby-boy) could have died for all the other Banfield locations …Thank you for sharing your positive feedback of our Robinson Town Center hospital! We're delighted to read the great things you said about that location, and we'll be sure to pass on your kind words to the rest of the team.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Areanna - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We suggest contacting your local Banfield to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
