Lina I been shopping at this bike shop for years now and never never had a problem and when I do need something fix they always find a way of fixing it
Never aver buy a bike from here... Nothing but aggravation with this place. Took the bike back four times and just never got it fixed that's how they sold it to me but they didn't want to admit it and by the way I paid $400 for this bike
We'll best bet is to give the shop a call and ask them about it. They're good guys
