Great selection of brands. Most of the staff are friendly and remember my bike, always a bonus if I can't bring it in. As someone who occasionally does his own work, the selection of tools and service parts is small. I totally understand since it's NYC and who has the time or space to do their own maintenance but I'd love to see a little consistency in regards to the basics: Preset torque wrenches, hex keys, etc.

They are generally not letting any customers in the store - they'll talk with you outside and bring any products out. The employees were all very good about wearing masks.
