Ben and Andrea saved my life 2 days in a row! My default bike shop for getting tire air was gone. I had 2 "flats" & needed somewhere close. I located Kickstand Bicycles via the web & got much needed air yesterday. Today, while out for a long ride, I got a real flat. Back to Kickstand! The service was immediate, excellent and the price was right. Ben and Andrea are a dynamic duo and their bike shop is my new go to in the hood. An oasis and gem in the midst of parched, abandoned NYC.

Really appreciate Ben and Andrea and Kickstand Bicycles (they are the shop haha 😆). As others have said they take their time with you, don’t upsell, or talk down to you. I have been getting my (14 year old) bike tuned up and taken care of here for at least 3/4 years. Parts replaced, upgraded etc. Always feel welcome and comfortable going in and telling them my bike woes. Or asking what the deal is with something bike related getting clear explanations and getting bike smarter in the process. I just encountered my first flat ever! I think it’s been 20 years of riding and never had to deal with this situation. Ben walked me through how to change and why it happened (knowing is important). I’m ready to ride and I have Kickstand Bicycles to thank for keeping me going. Thank you Ben and Andrea. TLDR; I recommend Kickstand bicycles!
