Today was the first time I had anything to do with Bicycle Habitat, and I was really, really, really happy with my experience. I was interested in the Avail Advanced 2 S, but I had a lot of questions, and I was concerned it might make my long-time back pain worse. (My previous bike, a Cannondale, had been retrofitted to keep me much more upright.) Bicycle Habitat was the closest store that had the Avail I was considering, so I called the store. A guy named Matt answered, and instead of being annoyed about all my questions, he answered them super clearly and super patiently. He was also very honest, saying what he could & couldn't do to make the bike suit my grumpy back. He encouraged me to come to the store so I could try out his various workarounds, but he wasn't pushy at all. Once I got there, he spent a lot of time w/ me and my husband, trying a bunch of things to get my back comfortable. He was amazingly helpful, super attentive and so good at explaining stuff. I bought the bike!

Everyone made me feel quite at home, explained everything in a clear and patient manner. Made the adjustments as I requested without making me feel like a burden. And gave me the bike I was looking for and nothing else. Matt, you were outstanding! Thanks so much and see you soon!

My back wheel started tweaking while I was riding in the rain- super unsafe, I also realized I had left my wallet at home but I tried my luck. The gentlemen at the front desk didn't mind and were willing to help me regardless. Ceaser blessed me and fixed my bike and even explained to me what had happened and gave me tips on how to care for it. Thank you so much for your kindness. I will be coming back here for all my bike needs!

Probably
Yes
I am not aware of if they do, you will need to call them to check.
139 Eldridge St is a good workshop. and cheap.
They do have bikes but I don't think you are allowed in the store right now. I think you can go on their website and order from there and pick up or call them up to check inventory. I am sure that if you are looking for something specific they can order it for you as well. You might want to ask them about bike fitting as well, not sure if they are doing that right now.
Call to make sure what you want is in stock. Went there and they're not letting anyone in to view.
From the low $100s to the $13000 specialized I saw there a few weeks ago.
They do, but the price varies based on your bike of course...
Yes, they have road bikes. I saw a couple of S-works models on display. Of you go on their website you can order from there. They have a warehouse where they store a lot of their website models, they can also order for you as well.
It actually comes in different prices depending on how safe you want you bike and the amount you wanna spend. I bought mine there, which really worth it
They can order it for you if they don't have it. You can also try Amazon.
The EcoBike website should list dealers in NYC
They are open on Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
