This was several years ago, so improvements might have been made but I did not have a good experience here. I bought a pump and it wouldn't engage and close on the tire. I took it back and Margo said she couldn't give me my money back but that she could replace the pump. Same thing happened with the second one, and when I took that one back she said that she couldn't give me a refund and that she didn't know what I had done to the pumps, implying that was somehow damaging the products repeatedly. I googled the brand of pump in the shop and couldn't find it online at all so it made me wonder if she just stocks really inexpensive products and sells them at steeply marked up prices. (I hated to do it but I spent that same amount of money on Amazon for a tire pump that has worked fabulously since then.) Also had tubes replaced and filled only to deflate shortly after, and I found it very hard to communicate with Margo about what might be going on. I took my business to I&M on Church and have been much happier since then.

Such a friendly and neighborly place! Excellent service and the woman working there explained what I might need for a longer distance ride. So helpful! Definitely going back to support a neighborhood bike shop!

Love this spot! The staff is supremely knowledgeable, kind and hard working. I've gone to many bike shops in my day and this place is near the top!

I have a very old bike and brought it in for a complete overhaul. I don't believe any of the bad reviews on here. Margo was great and if you want quality service, come to this place.
