After reading some reviews on this place I decided to give it a try a couple of times. I would agree with other reviewers that its a mixed bag. The best thing you will get out of this place is the customer service and the warm greeting by Frank. He makes you feel like hes known you forever and treats every customer with personal respect and acknowledgment. Very genuine dude and he would be the reason i go back for anything. For the mixed bag part of it, the mechanics and management obviously does quick work but at a price and with an attitude. The prices are way too high for the work that needs to get done and when you leave and have to return for the same problem that you paid to get fixed i think we would all agree that theres something wrong there. Overpriced items that you can get anywhere else for cheaper unless you are in dire need of something. I would be going somewhere else but Frank knows how to make you come back.

My family and I are in the market for new bicycles. After reading most reviews on this shop before visiting, Franky did not disappoint. He took his time, was never pushy and made us all feel comfortable. He has a way with kids. Even showed proper riding form. He explained to us all we needed to know on bicycles they had in stock and what would be the best fits for us all. He went back and forth tending with several other customers but never lost sight of us. He made it a great experience for me and my family and I think we found our new shop.
