Is there a charge for shopping scotters in the mall.and do all stores allow the use of scotters ?

I don't believe that I have ever actually seen someone on a scooter in the mall proper, so I'm unsure about the outlets and rules. But the larger department stores have enough room to accommodate one. I think only the smaller and more display crowded stores like Sephora would be inaccessible depending on how wide your scooter is. I do not believe that the mall offers courtesy scooters like Walmart or Kroger. Hope this helps!
