Sears will probably be closed soon. That's another how many 1000's of square feet vacant. The rest of the shops aren't anything you can't or wouldn't get online. Days of malls are numbered.
Fashion Square Mall? That place will probably be closed in 3 years. Simon properties bought it and has let it deteriorate. Used to be be a good mall.
A mall employee has said that it will be closing and that the property will be used for Apartments.
It is a very interesting mall I would like to see it be expanded but not torn down because I love that place
There is talk of it being torn down and made into a multi use area like the shops at Stonefield.
