Yes
Although it's not enclosed, my pup and I go three times a week to their large field for frisbee. Everyone is super polite and friendly. Alot of events going on every weekend.
It's not a dog park specifically, so leash laws apply. But it's a great park! And pets are welcome. I live across the street and love going there with my kids or nieces and nephews.
