Most excellent place to paddle-board, canoe and kayak. Swimming is not allowed nor are any internal combustion engines. Very clean. Water is near crystal clear.

The Lake is gorgeous. Early morning glass affect! The hiking trail is a perfect novice hike. We enjoy it!

As far as I know as long as the gas motor is not in the water you're ok.
I have seen people in the lake before 8 am
There's only one boat launch, and that's at the park's entrance and parking lot at the intersection of Scotts Ford Ln and Greenbank Rd. There are two places to put in kayaks, but they are not sanctioned by the county.
No sir. I will say if you're in a kayak bring a drink. Its a big lake! Enjoy
