Who opens gates on weekends? Says open but it’s locked 9:30am 😔

It's opened by a city employee. If it has rained heavily or the weather isn't good they won't open the park for safety reasons.

I agree. BUT you can park by the shed and gate and take the bridge by foot. BUT remember your on your own in a Closed park.
