Def. a problem store and karen is awful shes one of the managers but shw is completely rude
Service is never good at this location. My order is almost always never right or they are out of something I want. I only go to the one in Inwood now they are much better and just down the road a few miles.

You don't wait forever. 5 minutes (or 10 minutes for that matter) isn't forever. ;)
