All of the employees are nice and the price isn't bad. Only 4 stars because most of the equipment is good but some of it is kind of jank, and unfortunately the punching bag area is not really attended to.

Horrible horrible organization. They promised a new facility years ago, so we joined and eagerly waited to move up from the outdated, run down facility they have now. COVID hit, and they dropped plans to build a new facility, and have yet to have any substantial plans to do anything 2 plus years later. I understand they took a hit but didn't we all? I didn't take back promises I made to my customers though. My wife held onto our memberships in hope they would ever come through but there is no substantial hopes in sight. I don't know how you can sleep at night after doing such dirty business.

Horrible experience. Went there with my teenage son to sign up and I dealt w Josh G. Typical snake oil salesman pitch. No personality and shady as all. Mind you my son is 14 and he wanted to charge me full price of an adult membership. I did my homework and spoke to a few of their trainers before going in and got quoted a different price for my son. The whole experience just left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I stepped into a gym for the first time ever last June and it was Onelife. The staff are incredibly friendly, the gym is clean and well maintained, amd they are very helpful to people who are new to working out. They really made it easy for me to get into fitness and I am very grateful.
