Ordered over $100 worth of food, supposed to be 55-65 minutes for delivery. Showed up 2 hours later and the driver had the wrong food, dropped ours off at the previous house. They remade our order and it arrived 1.5 hours later. They wouldn't do any sort of refund, only a $40 credit to my phone number for next time we order. So in total we had 15 people starving after a 3.5 hour wait. Also, the first time I called to tell them about the mess up I was on hold so long that it transferred to a call center somewhere else!

We ordered our food online at around 8:09. We knew it was busy and the online tracker said it would be here by 9:10. Well we waited till 9:30 and still never got our order. We called the store to see what was going on and the person was very rude! We waited a little longer and our order was cancelled and we never got our food! It is now 10:46 and still no pizza! And on top of that i have a very hungry toddler who was waiting for the pizza too so i ended up making him something else. Very unacceptable not happy at all!

Went to place phone order. Girl on phone only working for 4th day. No idea about menu items, size or how to put order into system. Why have this newbie handling ordering???????? Got to store to pick up and questioned why total was so large and after manager got involved was told because I didn't give them the coupon code. Funny since nationwide ad doesn't, web site doesn't and guy behind counter couldn't find out for me. Will NEVER go back!!!!! Would give negative if possible.

All the employees are wearing masks and you are expected to wear a mask when inside. They limit three people in the lobby at a time and expect you to keep a safe distance from other customers.
I'm guessing because of covid and inside dining was losing money.
