You can request a DD214 in a number of ways, including online, in-person, or by a hardcopy written request. If you are an active service member or a veteran receiving veteran benefits, you should request your DD214 through the Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense

I dont think so cause they fly around an circles near there base for testening there C17 also for delivering the U.S military vehicles to Afghanistan that what I know.
Doesn't this base do air shows if it does that will be cool.
