The staff here are some of the rudest people I have encountered in the customer service industry. And, it's the older ladies who should know better. The restaurant is filthy. Flies and zero air conditioning. They could do better and learn some customer service skills from their younger staff.

My socks were eaten

every time i get a meal there they give me the wrong items or forget the fries. like come on, the only reason people ever go to mcdonalds over a place like chik fil a is for the fries, and you forget the most basic element of the meal? there's accidents and then there's weaponized incompetence to drive customers away so they don't have to do the work. this location does the latter given my experience there.

Probably the slowest drive thru in the chain. No one showed up for work and it was manned by new trainees. I did eventually get a good Egg McMuffin. But, when they handed me my Iced Tea and my Coke, there was no ice. I had to ask for a cup of ice. No one seemed to know how to work the ice machine. It took over 30 minutes to complete my purchase.

Drive thru is sooooo slow!! They need to take lessons from Chick-fil-a, that perfected the drive thru logistics. Once ordered and got to the first window, it moved pretty fast. The young lady at the food pick up window was friendly. The food was OK, and nice and hot. The fries were on the softer side than crunchy. The spicy crispy Chicken sandwich wasn't crispy and it has a funny taste. It was good to eat, but I'm not sure if it's the oil or something else. There was no napkins included in the bag, good thing I have napkins in the car.
