Hello this is Bryon Buckland.. it is open to the public but not group parties at all! Those should be directed towards Patapsco State Park Avalon area. If you want to take your children or animal for a walk feel free trails are not maintained for public use. So please dress accordingly in the summertime the creek is a great place to play but please, please leave that area just like you found it! I've been going there for 27 years and not too many people know about it! Thank you.
