Know this area is not set up for a public group rental. It is ran by Sandy Point Beach. If you want to go for a nature walk with family Andorra pet you can other than that go to Patapsco State Park Avalon area.
I agree with Jeff. It is truly a "natural" area. Great to visit, rustic foot path extends north from Dicus Mill Rd on the east side of the run. Parking for perhaps 3 cars. I have bushwhacked to New Cut and Quarterfield Rd but it is rough going and not as walk-a-thon.
I would say not. No parking, and no marked trails.
