No idea how to enter area. Google maps just takes you to some random parking lot behind am industrial park. Update: you just have to find a street near the area to park. Had a secluded, wilderness feel once you enter the river valley.

“This is not a park” it’s more of a nature/forest reserve!. Google will run you behind a office and away from anything. There is only one place to actually park but it’s hella sketch and you have to walk the road a lil to the NRO/DNR gate. …

So how do you get here then? I see no discernable access points that aren't in neighborhoods or something.
Know this area is not set up for a public group rental. It is ran by Sandy Point Beach. If you want to go for a nature walk with family Andorra pet you can other than that go to Patapsco State Park Avalon area.
Yes, open to public. Trails are mostly unmaintained and often overgrown.
