Management is getting worse day after day. Can you imagine, the fridge has been determined to be replaced three weeks ago, and they haven’t done so? Lori, the manager, knows I don’t have a fridge and I told her I was buying ice every day, and I threw a lot of food because of this. Many many times no one to pick up the phone when I call her office, and it takes her days to reply to my emails. Then, I called the main office in Southfield MI, and raised my concerns. They didn’t follow up with it. A day later, when I called that main office about ten times with no answer, guess who called me back from that same office? It was Lori to give a false promises. And she lied to me and kept lying about this, every time she comes up with a new story. One time to ask me to send the picture of the fridge, one time the order is placed but no date was specified for delivery, one time there is a fridge in our office that we can lend you, one time their truck is involved in an accident couple of days and they just found out, one time a staff member confirmed that Lori would call me and help bringing the fridge in my own van, but she never calls. I usually don’t put negative feedback about people on the net, but the service here is bad, beyond the imagination. I am expecting her to retaliate against me, her customer but I had to share my pain and frustration, maybe someone would read this on the way to sign a contrat to live over here.

Cool place but rent is crazy. Love the lake view, however the amount of spending money I have left over for food most days is certainly minimal.

Have no clue if this place is legit met a woman Lori once she gave me an application of course it has personal info in it nobody picks up the phone or return messages worried hopefully no fraud. At first couldn’t leave a message was full. Later saw place sold Lori could of had the decency to call me let me know. People have issues these days
