It should cost you 45 per visit but I think if you have time it's worth buying the city pass. Parking is not in the building but there is in the city and it is expensive. I suggest public transport or Uber.

Definitely the city pass is the best option. It is a very complete and wonderful aquarium for children
In the winter they also have discount days and free days for residents and students. There is also parking at the Museum Campus but public transportation is better.
