Not really, I've been there in shorts and t-shirt for lunch, but at dinner you can get away with t-shirt but most folks were a collared shirt
Thanks everyone for the responses. It's funny that I'm visiting from Nevada and ended up on Nevada Ave for eating! It actually wasn't open when I was there. Its was before 4pm. Looking forward to coming back.
