This theater is extremely affordable and has a very cool, old style vibe. We saw Top Gun last week and will definitely be back soon. Their candy is only around $3 and popcorn is around $5. Get there.

Recently saw two movies at Kimball’s: a silent movie in the lounge and Top Gun in Screen 1. Great concept to show movies in the lounge. We will definitely watch movies in the lounge again enjoying an adult beverage. Screen 1 is updated. The viewing and sound is good. Great idea to take the first few rows out. We sat in the new first row and had a great experience. We expect to go back to Kimball this week to see Downton Abbey. Thank you for renovating this old theatre and providing movies downtown Colorado Springs. We walk to the theatre. One quirk that I appreciate is the marquee has the original letters. Since the letters are not made anymore Kimball uses numbers for letters they no longer have like 3 for e. Way to go!

Friendly staff with a cute ambience that is missed in mega theaters.Popcorn tasted fresh. The theater we went into was not well lit and there were several odd steps/caution tape that could have easily been a tripping hazard but I guess it's also on me for showing up slightly late to showing. Parking is metered on street with several bike racks.

Currently we only have Movie Passes and 4-Punch Movie Passes. New Gift Cards should hopefully be here about the end of Nov - early Dec. We're changing our POS system in a few weeks, denoting the need for new Gift Cards.
Hi Janele, Kimball's is indeed in 100% ADA Compliance. There are provisions within ADA Code that do not require Historic buildings undue burden in adding Elevators and other Mobility features if it irrevocably alters the Character or Structure of said Building. We'd LOVE to add an Elevator, but there simply is no where to place it.
Yes, Adult Beverages are allowed in the Auditoriums while you watch the Movie.
If we're allowed to re-open before Christmas then yes. As of right now, all Movie Theaters are forced closed by the El Paso County Health Department.
