This is my ARC thrift store that is closest to my home. I usually go treasure hunting here at least once a month. Today I had a box with books and children's clothes and a small tricycle to donate after I shopped. The really sweet cashier told me I could just set the tricycle inside by the donate bin and of course but the rest of the items inside the donate bin. So I pulled my vehicle up to the front put my hazards on and continued to get out and grab the tricycle out of the back etc. the Security guard came out and proceeded to tell me to move my vehicle so I asked her if I was able to drop my donation off because it was an awkward carry (box of clothes and books, also heavy) and a tricycle. She told me that the tricycle goes around back. I told her that the cashier said I could put it inside just next to the donate bin. But I would put it wherever you tell me. So do i need to go around back or can I set it inside with my other items. She said do what you want and stormed back inside. I was 5 feet behind her, and she couldn’t even hold the door for me as I tried to get all the items through the doors. I had a nice shopping experience earlier until I brought my donation items and had to talk to her. My hopes are that she was just having a day and isn’t like that to others. But she was extremely rude. Also a side note this location is near a Dollar tree and receives a bunch of items from them. Which is great, but they mark them double or triple. Probable not the best idea considering the Dollar tree is seriously next door 🤦🏾‍♀️. But thank you for the regular ARC staff always being so friendly. I appreciate you 😊

My mother and I came to this store on March 19th 2022. We had a return (a rolling travel bag from the arc down south) to do and we were also browsing for another one that was bigger which we found. After we got done looking around we decided to check out and return the first travel bag because they had a nicer one for a bit more that we got. The manager Carrie got visibly angry and started ranting about us returning the travel bag because it was from a different store which made us extremely uncomfortable even though there is no indication that you are not allowed to return items bought from other Arc stores. After her first outburst died down I asked to look in their collectibles shelf because they had a copy of Adele 21 on vinyl i wanted to purchase for full price (12.99) she proceeded to attack my mother and I about wanting to get the item to purchase, this led to me telling her I didn't want to get the item anymore which led to her ranting about that and being even more rude to us and going so far as to complain about us to the lady in line behind us. She continued to ring us out and then she rung up a pair of dollar store glasses that were on sale for 0.50 cents and went on a massive rant about her employees (who are all very kind and friendly) mispricing them. We decided not to purchase the vast majority of items we had to get to calm her down but nothing was working. The lady in line behind us looked angry at the manager and was talking to my mother about the managers behavior and she even insisted that she sells them for the listed price on the tag of the glasses which was 1.00 at 50% off when my mom said she didn't need to get them. We called the store after we left to get the corporate number to complain about the manager but she ended up answering instead of one of the staff members who cares about their customers and was still being very rude and irrational, she reluctantly gave us the number for corporate and we will be getting in contact with them to resolve this situation. I would not recommend going to this store until this person has some training in how to deal with customers. Edit: she also was trying to get attention by loudly attacking us with a booming voice

Surprisingly nice, good quality selection of items. We went on Saturday when many items, depending on the tag color, are half price.

The muzak was actually good. The vibe was upbeat and staff were helpful.
