Suhair, I have not seen a treadmill at the Arc on Austin Bluffs. If they do have any exercise equipment, they can be found to the right of the entrance, toward the back corner of the store by the furniture. Best wishes.
Haven't ever seen one there but not 100% sure. I work for Goodwill and when we get treadmills donated they usually go into scrap metal. I would try Facebook marketplace or Craigslist.
