Definitely plenty to do. You choose your own level of comfort lind of like at a ski resort. The different panths are labeled based on difficulty. So as far as length, you probably couldnt do every single section in a day so theres always more to check out next time. The several times ive gone there have been a good amount of people but it didnt feel crowded. Their belay system also allows faster folks to go around slower ones.
Recommend going first thing in the morning. It's cooler in the summer, and there are less people. The Adventure Park only sells a certain number of passes per time block, so there are never too many people. This place is a real blast, and a great workout! Highly recommended!
