Group hike for Juneteenth holiday. The weather was magnificent. The hiking paths are well maintained. Fascinating history took place there.

The underground trail is a nice one. You need tickets for the musuem and guided tours.

Not sure of your exact question, but there was a little walking - across the park grounds and into the forest via trail, but nothing too taxing. We had a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old, and they managed.
