Can you barbeque there? There was a picture of people camping with grills in the background, but were those already there? Do you bring your own?

You can. You can also reserve camping area. I don't recall seeing grills however.

Definitely, they have a nice picnic area, but you do have to bring everything involved in the barbecuing. They only have tables.

They have pavilions with tables. They reserve them for parties I believe. Just call first and see of you can use them. I have been there twice and they have never been so busy where more than a third of the tables were being used.
