It is a lovely place to live my family lives in Mt village which is a part of Hereford there's a lot of people of all ages
Not unless you like kids running through your yard at all hours of the day and night, people shooting off fireworks and guns, cats camping under your shed and trailer, and not being able to go anywhere when it snows. When the water is running, you'll most likely be boiling it for it to be safe. And don't expect any maintenance issues to be resolved in a timely manner or by anyone competent.
No it is not for just seniors there is all ages an alot of kids i habe been there 20 years last month i had 2 elderly neibors which were great....they passed away an i miss them they were good to my daughter....
