I sold my home of 15 years to downsize. I have lived in the Harleysville area for over 20 years. I loved when I first moved there. It was so rural and filled with farm lands. As time went on the farms gave way to developments and stores. It was nothing like when I first moved there. So when it came time to downsize Hereford Estates was a dream come true. It’s incredibly rural and filled with farm lands. The community itself is awesome. Everyone keeps their properties nice. Natalie and Irene are amazing to work with. So very helpful. I recommend Hereford Estates 100% as a lovely community in a wonderfully rural area.
