We went looking for us a home. We finally went to pinewood homes and I found my dream home that I could afford. We talked to Shelby and she was really so sweet. I know I called a bugged her on a daily bases she never once was mean or rude to me. It was like she was as happy for me as I was. She never gave up on trying to help me because my credit wasn’t real good we had some problems. She always was straight forward with me rather it was good or bad news. Well she made it happen for me and thanks to Shelby I wake up every morning in my beautiful new home. She is a wonderful person and I feel like I gained a friend. I would recommend pinewood homes to anyone looking to buy. They were all very friendly and professional. Thank you Pinewood homes from the Thomas Family💕💕

My son and I recently purchased a home from here. I can’t tell you how happy we are. Shelby was our saleswoman you can she takes great pride in her job she went above and beyond to help us find the home in our price range. Was extremely pleasant and made our first home buying experience less stressful! Also a huge shoutout to Mark when he did the inspection of the home he was very thorough and made sure I was happy with everything he did a great job fixing some of the little issues that happen in the moving process! I would highly recommend pinewood mobile homes to anyone who is looking to buy a home. And also highly recommend asking for Shelby as a saleswoman! Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to her. We searched for a mobile home that we could downsize from our big house and do it comfortably, with plenty of room. I was on every mobile home site for months before I found the home we loved and it was at Pinewood Mobile Home Sales, Mt. Nebo, WV. From the time I walked in their door, I was treated as if I was the only customer.. Saleslady, Shelby, worked with me one on one until I had the perfect home. Even though I pretty well knew what I wanted, she made suggestions that even I hadn't thought of after months of researching homes. She was patient, showed me options of construction, colors, materials, pros and cons, etc. For the first time in my life, thanks to her knowledge and expertise in designing, I ended up with plenty of (and extra) cabinets, arranged in such a way that gave me the same amount of room. Some of my life experiences have been that once I committed to buying something, the salesperson disappeared...Not Shelby; she kept me informed as when to expect the home on their lot, tract of the delivery and set-up. The few problems that we experienced with the home she took care and made sure they were corrected to our satisfaction. This is a long review, but my creed is: If you get above the expected average attention in service, then we should make an extra effort to pass that along.....because negative seems to 'norm' these days in everything, but, I did not find ONE negative thing in my dealing with Shelby. If I was giving her a number rating, it would be 20+. Thank you Pinewood Mobile Homes Sales and especial thanks to salesperson, Shelby!
