Tammy is who I worked with but the lady that greeted me upon walking in was friendly too! Very welcoming atmosphere.

You want to avoid this place at all cost! When you purchase a home, you are told one thing and then told something else after they get your money. It is nearly impossible to get things fixed. he products they use are junk. It took us over 2 years to get things that were suppose to be done or corrected when we first moved in and that was only after having to reach out to corporate. The local store will get you nowhere. Every single time I have called out there you get sarcastic, smart mouths answering the phone who think they are cute I guess. You will regret the experience! Customer service is TERRIBLE. RUN away! We continue to have issues with things that nobody should after less than 4 years but they got their money so it is fine. Things have been deceitful from the get go, wish I would not have went here. Look at the reviews, they have 3 starts for a reason. They get ONE STAR from me, PERIOD!

Bought our home in 2019, had some problems that were fixed and others popped up within the year warranty. Windows condensing up and could not see out, back door was replaced twice and still not right. Having to replace at our expense and insulating where there was none. Squeaky floor in bathroom and was told by repair man that it would go away . WRONG! Now almost all of the home squeaks and am finding out, another repair bill and this one is going to be expensive at our expense! Please do your home work, we thought we had but was proved wrong. We are at the age that we thought everything was going to be great for us and proved we were wrong again!

Stopped in this dealership approximately two weeks ago. They were doing appointments due to the government rules with current events. They did allow me to tour some of the homes.
