We came inside and stood at the counter unnoticed. The floor in the kitchen was filthy and there was a mouse trap visible for anyone to see. We left. What a nasty place and I applied to work there and I got turned down. Really????

It was terrible. This is the 3rd time they have totally gotten our order wrong. We won't be going there anymore. We ordered a single combo with Mayo, cheese and onion. A double combo with pickle, mustard and onion. Small chili instead of fries. We got a double with BBQ sauce and onion. A single with ketchup, Mayo and bacon! They gave us fries instead of chili's. Then the manager tried to tell us that we would have to pay extra for the chilis. I give up. Oh well. It won't happen again.

Had to wait in line as the first person in line for over 10 minutes before placing order. The wait was so long that two people behind me left saying that it was taking too long. When I told the manager that people are leaving because they are taking too long she responded with snotty attitude that I was welcome to put in an application. 1. This place could not afford me. And 2. I would not want to work for a manager that had an attitude such as hers. Instead of taking orders of the line that was forming she again walked away and continued to take another 5 minutes before my order was taken. Then was made to wait again for 5 Frosties as hot food of customers behind me was being handed out. When asking the manager to refund my money and cancel order she was snotty again and told me that she cannot give a refund. With no other option waited another 5 minutes before getting my food.

Love the new fries! A must try!!! I used to get my sandwiches at Wendys and my fries at McDs but no longer! And the new variety machine for sodas is the bomb! They offer Coke Zero products!!
