I want to say I had a great experience visiting this party city . Coming from out of state for my sister’s wedding I was amazed of how great I was treated finding some stuff for the big event. The young lady in the front , Claudia helped me find exactly what I was searching for as this was my little sisters big wedding . And can I say amazing at blowing up all those balloons and making them look so pretty! I will definitely be coming here for future events my family has ! Thank you Claudia for the experience!!

Claudia at Party City in Woodland Hills was so sweet and helpful when she had a store full of customers who needed large bouquets of balloons. I just needed a couple in a big hurry and she got them to me right away! Thank you so much!!

I am writing to give a loud "shoutout" to the people of Party City in the Fallbrook Mall in the West San Fernando Valley. I bought some New Year's Eve supplies for a party which eventually had to unfortunately be canceled because of Covid. I misplaced the receipt and was very distressed as a result when I tried to return these items. Upon arriving at the store, Kathy (the store manager) went above and beyond to communicate with me in a professional manner and calm me down. She was FANTASTIC!! Through her diligent efforts , she was able to find the receipt through the Party City computer system and issue me a FULL REFUND. WOW--I never expected this and was blown away by the way this was handled. Thank you again Kathy “Outstanding”customer service. She is an ASSET to your company!!

If I can give less than 1 star I would. First of all I came for a curbside pickup and they asked me to come in. Secondly, they forgot to add some napkins from my order. Then since they had closed the order the napkins weren’t showing up on their end. The manager (who was a girl) told me I would have to call customer service. I don’t understand why they can’t just fix the problem on their end. Employees are all over the place, not paying attention to what they are doing
