Do they rent out homes? Currently looking for a 3 bedroom. Please let me know thank you.

I started renting a 2 bed/2 bath in October. Very nice areas. Not sure if they're still renting some but give them a call. They are very helpful.

Most of the mobile homes are 2-3 bedroom and have a full bathroom (most of the time in the master bedroom) & a 1/2 bath for guests. From what I understand, u "buy" the mobile home & pay "lot rent" for where it sits. Sometimes u can get lucky & find a home that is being sold cheaper than what it would cost to buy new. Your best bet is to drive around the community & see if there's anything open that suits ur needs comfortably, or to find an empty lot if u wanna buy new. There's 2 different communities u can check out (both part of same company) & their names are.... "Hereford Estates", which is right up the street from the Turkey Hill...& "Mountain Village" , which is at the top of the mountain by Bear Creek Ski Resort & Lodge.
