8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday's. ALL transactions at the DMV are by appointment only, no walkins. You can make appointments at: dmvnow.com. there may be no appointments until December. (But if you try to make an appointment after 12 Midnight you may get an earlier appointment time, Oct. Nov.)
