Nice clean hotel, quiet. Beds were comfortable. They didn’t provide any housekeeping service during our stay even after we asked for it. We traipsed down to the lobby to get fresh towels and more toilet paper. They had coffee in the lobby each morning but don’t sleep in if you want any. Breakfast is extra. Decent parking. Convenient to stores and shops across the street. Staff was friendly.

Here on business trip. Very clean rooms. Bar staff and drinks good. Breakfast and dinner meal were nice light foods. Small menu. Front desk staff are too notch with a great sense of humor after a long day.

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: The website advertises a pool. Their pool has not been open since Covid. This was the main reason we booked this hotel. The window in the room had broken latches and a small child, like my grandson that was there, could have very easily walked out of.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax, VA, is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in my lifetime. The Staff here, including the manager are Above & Beyond, they make you feel welcomed from the moment you step into the hotel. The rooms, the beds, the bathrooms are in pristine condition, parking is very convenient as well. The hotel receptionists are very friendly, and polite, very communicative.
