I bought a TV for $1000 here. Had to call my coworker to come here and meet me to bring it to my apartment cause it was too big to fit in my car. After getting home I find out the TV is too big for my entertainment desk which is on me, but I go back a second time and spend another $180 for a mount that has a base plate on it that will allow the TV to sit on my entertainment desk. After getting home I unbox the mount and get it installed on the TV. After I plug it in and turn it on, I see that the screen has damage. This definitely is not promising. I call the Best buy store and get transferred to customer service. They tell me that they can't find my TV purchase in their system so they recommended I call back in 24 hours. I wasn't going to wait for that long so I went back to the store for a third time today. After speaking in person to customer service people they said I still had to call that number and set up for them to have someone come out and deliver a new TV and pick up my damaged one. So I called customer service again and once again the person says they are trying to find my purchase in the system so they put me on hold. And as I am on hold they hang up. At this point I am infuriated and I go back to the store rep and tell him what's going on and he sets up the appointment himself to have people come and replace my TV but he tells me it cannot happen until Thursday which is 5 days from now. This whole experience has been absolutely ridiculous. The Best buy people basically did nothing to help me except schedule a new delivery. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon.

Good products. Good price. Friendly staff. They asked me to sign up for an In Store card and made it seem like I would get 10% off my current purchase, but I didn't. In store card will go through the process of signing up for a new credit card. Unless you go to Best Buy a lot, recommend staying away from the cards altogether. I will return to this location but reject any signing up for cards.

I went to best buy to have my laptop fixed by the geek squad and they did a great job, not only fixing it, but fixing it quick, and the price was surprisingly lower than I thought it would be! I am definitely making them my new go to IT place. They will also come to your home or office if preferred, which is a service becoming more and more popular with so many people working from their homes now!

No, I love and shop at Best Buy locations all the time. This has never been a concern of mines when visiting any of Best Buy locations but u cannot predict human behaviors. With that being stated, if something was to pop off should u be worried, absolutely. But considering Best Buy technology, they will have good footage to give to someone for investigation.
