Terrible customer service from this place especially from this black dude at the counter. When I tried ordering, I was told "WAIT! Can't you see im making sandwiches here" and he then gave me a dirty look. At this point we got tired after waiting 10 minutes in line so we left as did the customer behind us. This place definitely deserves an award for the worst customer service in this area.

Don’t understand why employees refuse to follow simple order instructions. Consistently. Placed order in-person (huge mistake assuming English is understood). My order: Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap with EXTRA pineapple salsa, EXTRA jerk sauce. What I got: Zero pineapple salsa, half normal amount jerk sauce. Gets better. Asked for HALF Turbinado in smoothie … I can smell and taste full Turbinado in my smoothie. Might want to ensure employees understand basic terms like EXTRA and HALF. Re turbinado, that’s a major legal liability waiting to happen. Not all of us can handle 77+ grams added sugar in a smoothie. By far the worst food I’ve received from a Tropical Smoothie. Avoid the older guy, missing a tooth. He’ll lie and say he made order correctly instead of owning his mistakes. All I wanted was what I ordered. Now I’ll have to have credit card company reverse the purchase, and file a complaint with corporate. He was trying to avoid getting into trouble (I wasn’t trying to do so).

Wow, the cashier/worker was incredibly rude to us; she almost went completely out of her way to not speak or communicate at all which made the ordering process uncomfortable. They also messed up our order, then blamed us for not be reading our names correctly.

Food is okay but workers are super rude. They wouldn’t let us order a smoothie when we came 10 minutes before closing - only 1 smoothie and the place was empty. Erica is correct, plus our crew members all wear masks and gloves and we require our guests to wear masks.
