Customer service is terrible. The office is almost always closed. They do not return phone calls and when you send a message through the app, the response tells you to call or stop by, which is a waste of time. I had a billing question and called the main customer service number and they were rude and completely unhelpful and did not resolve my problem. I would never recommend Public Storage to anyone.

My first unit had issues. However, Ryan, the site manager was very helpful in securing a better unit. He provided excellent customer service. The location of this Public Storage is very convenient for me.

3 weeks later and I still can't get in during access hours, so many wasted trips, time and gas money... At least 8 trips during access hours wasted, and heaven forbid I actually get locked in, they'd never answer the phone... Absolute nightmare, only a week in. No managers present during office hours, no returned calls. Always someone else with an issue in line when someone finally is present. Changed access code the first day I went in as the initial did not function at all. Now the second code won't work on the app and I still get "after hours" notification and cannot access from 6am - 9pm as access should be. So many wasted trips, lost time, working on a short schedule. If this were a longer term storage I would have cut and run already, but I only need it a few months to sell my current home before military moves me. Also, the ceiling was quickly mended with tape and within 24 hours of moving in the tap came loose and a corner of the ceiling is hanging down - had it documented right away so it's not coming back on me but they can't/won't fix it. Grounds are ill-kept, lots of leaves not being blown on a regular basis which get in the way of moving and keeping it clean. Luckily haven't slipped yet on the debris either.
