Very expensive but top notch service and care. I was surprised how kind and knowledgeable they were with my exotic animal, a hedgehog. Every employee I encountered was very empathetic and genuine. So despite the hit to my wallet I felt assured that my pet was receiving the best possible care and had the most options to move forward than any other vet.

Do not recommend. Go find another vet. This practice doesn’t seem like they care about your pet at all. Doctors are unresponsive…. even after countless emails and phone calls spanning a couple days. Receptionists don’t know much information about the actual visits and it’s also not helpful when the doctors didn’t even enter notes for them to reference so they refer you to the techs for questions but the techs are unable to assist because “they just clocked in” when dropping your pet off to you. They also give you false information/pricing over the phone (which thankfully was rectified a few months ago when the person making the appointment admitted to their mistake and wrong quote). Overall, I am extremely disappointed after these recent experiences and will now for sure be finding a new primary vet. During these horrific times when your pet’s wellbeing is in jeopardy, it’s basic decency and customer service to show some level of compassion, communication and assistance, since this is a vet after all. And also, my dog’s butt was bleeding profusely after the visit from a shot; which they could’ve at least cleaned. Thankfully, the kind receptionist Tori came to the rescue and wiped all the blood away…..

RATSGAME

They are wonderful. Very trustworthy. Very thorough. Very kind and understanding of one's anxieties and the fact simply being there for us is stressful. Our Ferrets have never been in better hands and trust me, they have needed help. I live in Martinsburg and drive to Fairfax an hour and a half each way because this vet is better and cares more about my fuzzy kids than anybody else near me. There is literally NO way we are willing to try and save any time when our loved ones are at stake....we're going to the best there is.

I don’t know where to begin. My poodle dog had some big issues with his ear infection for a couple of years and I been to many different Veterinary for his ear issues almost once a month for two years. Spending somuch money. But his ear problem was never getting better instead was getting worse. So far I spend almost $10,000 dollars for his hospital bill just for his ear problems. My life was so miserable for couple of years because It was somuch pain to watching my baby dogs in pain everyday. I decided to give it a try to come Pender at Fairoaks location and Met Doctor Flanary. OMG Dr Flanary is the Best Veterinarian Doctor among all other Doctor I met in the passed. He is amazing and truly care about my dogs pain and he was the only doctor cured my dogs ear problem. All staffs are very friendly and just everything they do is soooo professional. God bless this people and Dr Flanary. Thank you Thank you.
